This script convert every kind of video to Iriver H320 & H340 readable videos.
Developped in perl, it uses mplayer and mencoder.

- video format : xvid, 220x176, 10fps, mp3 stereo, bitrate 360kbit/s.
- 1 or 2 pass encoding
- support for non 4/3 ratios
- partial subtitle support

- ensure that subtitle support works
- automatically split videos every 30min

Known bugs

---

- when final video length is greater than 30min, you have to split it (with mplayer ou virtualdub for example) before sending it to the player.

- cygwin now emulate /dev/null but mplayer compiled for windows can't access it
- "make install" should install script in /usr/bin (not /usr/sbin)
